Simple Mornin Chia Pudding (v,gf)

never was a fan of chia pudding until recently and love it for a quick breakfast or snack option. These tiny seeds are pretty amazing, one serving of chia seeds can lead to:

  • increased metabolism,

  • clearer skin,

  • increased good cholesterol

  • healthier heart.

  • Rich in soluble fiber,

  • vegetable protein

  • antioxidants

  • omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids


Simple Mornin Chia Pudding (v, gf)

Makes 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds | I used SuncoreFoods White Chia Seeds

  • 1 ¼ cup plant mylk of choice

  • ½ tbs sweetener of choice | I used maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp vanilla

  • Fresh fruits + toppings of choice

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, mylk, sweetner and vanilla. Give it a mix and then one more mix 10 minutes later. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. 

  2. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
