Bi-BiM-BAP is a fresh new biz started up by the power mother-daughter duo Su and Sasha! While we are proud to be Sydney’s first vegan korean food stall, we also take it upon ourselves to bring authentic, nourishing and delicious korean food to the table. Our menu is mainly centered around the korean staple - Bibimbap ; a bowl of all the good stuff (aka, rice, namul (sauteed and seasoned veggies) , braised lotus root, and gochujang (korean chilli pepper paste). Our menu changes seasonally but to give you an idea, think japchae, kimchi and kimbap!
